DaGints selected Cincy's spec/pen card last night...but it was not supposed to be available. I (Jerry) did Bloomington's cuts for him when he didnt have internet access and I forgot about him keeping a spec/pen card. I just kept 36 players. Therefore, he keeps Cincy's spec/pen card.
